Sioux Falls Chiropractic offers specialized instrument assisted soft tissue techniques.  This is a deep tissue treatment involving the use of light weight instruments to break up scar tissue and promote healing.  We find this technique highly effective for a wide range of conditions ranging from plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, and sports injuries.

Exercise and rehabilitation are offered in our office to help promote muscle strengthening and flexibility.  Rehab is one of the most vital parts of successful chiropractic care.  Without it, the body would consistently pull the spine back to the state it was in before care was implemented.

Our office also offers acupuncture.  It can assist in weight loss, muscle relaxation, stress relief and people who are trying to quit smoking.

Sioux Falls Chiropractic offers therapies such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.  Ultrasound uses sound waves to break up scar tissue and relax the muscles.  Electrical stimulation works by sending electrical pulses through the muscles to promote relaxation.  Our cold laser therapies are perfect for many different situations including recent sprains, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel and headache.
