Neck & Low Back Pain
Patient's Name: Judy
Judy experienced pain in her hips and legs since 1995 after she had hip surgery. Since 2000 she has suffered with neck pain because of doing a lot of work on the computer for her job.
Judy visited with Dr. Shelly at the Sioux Empire Fair in 210 and decided to try Sioux Falls Chiropractic. Since treating with Dr. Shelly and doing the rehabilitative exercises she has been pain free and is very thankful!
She doesn't have the leg pain or neck pain and no longer limits her daily activities because of how much it will hurt afterwards. She can lie down flat without a pillow for the first time in years.
Patient's Name: Mike
My neck pain has been presistent for the last twenty years. I have also had severe pain in my back, hip, and leg. This was the result of a bad fall about fifteen years ago. Whats more is I was begining to hear crackling noises when I turned my neck. Before I met Dr. Christine I had been to several other chiropractors in the area and had partial relief which would only last about a week.
I was not satisfied with merely partial pain relief so I continued to search for a chiropractor who would help me get back to my pre-fall condition.
When I started going to Sioux Falls Chiropractic, Dr. Christine recommended X-rays and decided on a treatment plan including adjustments, therapy, and rehab. As far as pain relief goes, I started to feel better immediately. I have felt a little better each time I visit Sioux Falls Chiropractic. As soon as Dr. Christine adjusted my neck, the crackly noises were almost fully eliminated. Now I'm only dealing with mild tenderness and continue on my treatment plan so I don't get back to pre-treatment condition.
Patient's Name: Ruth
Ruth had a history of neck pain, right shoulder pain, and high blood pressure. She told us she took ibuprofen every 6-8 hours, and would alternate with Excedrin when her pain was more severe. She stated she would have daily headaches without much relief.
Ruth saw her medical doctor about her neck and shoulder pain for at least 10 years, and the pain began to worsen in the last 2 years.
Ruth began seeing Dr. Christine B. and Dr. Shelly S. since 10/21/2008. Dr Christine ecaluated her. On her initial visit she recieved and ultrasound treatment. Dr. Christine and Dr. Shelly have done adjustment, as well as recieving elctrical stimulation treatments to her neck and back.
She first felt major relief after her third treatment. She walked out of our clinic with no headache and very little neck/shoulder pain. She had not been pain free for years!
She is seeing improvement at home and at her workplace. Her goal has been not to take ibuprofen as seh feels it is not helping her with high blood pressure and causes her feet to swell. She is starting to meet the goal She feels so much better and her headaches are no longer daily.
Ruth let us know this only after two weeks of treatment. She expects to see even more improvement with the rest of her treatment!

Phyllis suffered from low back , neck and shoulder pain due to physical labor and walking on cement floors. Phyllis saw a medical doctor and a physical therapist off and on and nothing seemed to help for several years.
After seeing Dr. Robert Joyce, Phyllis noticed a change. She now has no problems with chronic pain unless she over uses her muscles.

I have had back pain for about a year. I saw a chiropractor and he did not take x-rays and could not help me. I then saw another chiropractor and he took x-rays afn found subluxations in my back but he never seemed to help much either.
I started seeing Dr. Christine for my mid back, low back, and sacroiliac pain. She helped me with some rib pain that i have had. I started feeling better after my 1st visit to Dr. Christine. My pain has gotten much better after following my treatment plan. I have gotten a better range of motion, and reaching for things is much easier. Sleeping has been better also. I would tell everyone about Dr Christine she can really make you feel great!
